Mmmmmmm practice.
It would have been lessons but they both cancelled.
So practice - drills, and isolations, and isolation drills, and dancing, and Improv, and dancing, and conditioning, then more dancing.

The sharp quick stuff is seeming less painful - mentally anyway. And my left forward shoulder square is dreadful. But the more Improv I practice, ( Read more... )

Today is hard.

But, I got flowers and plants planted. And the kitchen cleaned - where I found some Bacon Chocolate hiding. And I made some jewelry. And I practiced dance some.

Tomorrow at work is going to be miserable though.

Lesson with msmitti  last night, and I thought it was wonderful. We even broke into some Group Improv, which I think was super good for both of us. I need to brush up on it hard, so we can do that more often....and then I can start pushing it on other students....:::insert evil plan here:::

Then dance practice!, to continue playing with this new format...

Then I very badly need to unpack from the weekend.

So in my meanderings back from St. Louis today, I stopped at every antique shop I could manage, and brought home a bunch of loot!
One piece in particular is a stumper to me.
It appears to be a Victorian or a little later tiara/headband/choker....thing. The "cording" is braided metal, and the rhinestones which are in perfect condition are beautifully ( Read more... )
